Vat / Taxes are not included in the listed price in South East Asia.
Split Order
1. When the order includes instock item and preorder item which released date of some items delaying more than 30 days, we will ship all the on hand items first. The extra shipping fee will be paid by Figsia.
or
2. If there are enough coming order to support the extra shipping cost even the items all will be released within 30days. We will consider to split the shipping and rearrange the shipping time table.
Shipping
Price are including shipping. We will select the best way to you, they are including semi-express / Express. All about 7-12 days

For orders that have not received any tracking updates for more than 4 days after being shipped out, we will investigate the issue and prompt the delivery company to provide the necessary updates.
Currency and Points
Figsia is using USD as official currency. We have checked the bank rate even you use the credit card , you can get better exchange rate comparing to the system provided (Shopify).
Some customers still pay for their own curreny (E.G, GBP) and storing the credit until (USD) to enough to full pay a figure (= free figure checkout).
So the discount still here and better usage when you are holding non-USD.
For preorder items, the estimated release date (on product page) is provided by the producer, sometime items will be delay more then 3 months.
Buyer may accept delay caused by producer.
However, we accept cash refund if delay over 12 months.
Beside above situation all products and services cannot be canceled and refunded as cash if there is no any mistake of seller's information. (E.G wrong inventory amount / wrong sku etc.)
We can accept order refunded by F-points in equivalent amount. F-points can used for any product purchasing in Figsia.com
In emergence situation, we can resell your credit to others for helping you get back the cash but there is 10% admin fee.
After Sales Policy
Products are made with precision. Brute force may lead to a damage or fall of parts.
Any breakage during play will not be available for after sales services. All cases will be reviewed case by case. Should any items arrive with defects, please retain all packing materials and products for further arrangement.
