How to pre-order figure on Figsia

1. Figsia provides zero down payment for stock reservation. After placing your order, your pre-ordered figure will be reserved.

2. You will receive an email notification when the figures is released. Please complete your purchase on SHOPEE.

3. The items will be delivered by SHOPEE.

Changing Address

Shipping

The delivery service will be provided by Shopee. The expected delivery date is about 7-12 days.

Order Cancel & Refund Policy

Customers can cancel their orders on Shopee before the items are shipped. However, once an order has been shipped, or if there are no errors on the seller’s end (e.g., incorrect inventory amount, wrong SKU, etc.), cancellations and refunds will not be accepted.

After Sales Policy


Products are made with precision. Brute force may lead to a damage or fall of parts. 

Any breakage during play will not be available for after sales services. All cases will be reviewed case by case. Should any items arrive with defects, please retain all packing materials and products for further arrangement.
